FOOD AND DRINK
Eat a diet low in saturated fats and sugar and high in fiber
Eat 6-8 cups of vegetables/fruits per day and 12-16oz organic protein and good fats
Drink 6-8 glasses of water per day, NO SODA
Limit your consumption of caffeine and alcohol
LIFESTYLE
Use sunscreen to prevent fine lines and dark spots
Get at least 4 hours of exercise each week. This increases oxygen and blood supply to the skin and reduces stress
Practice some form of relaxation every day (Try my meditations!)
Get 7-9 hours of good sleep per night
