This channel has the most points of any of the channels on our bodies: 67 in total! It begins at our inner canthus (inner eye) and traverses over our heads, down our backside, to the back of our legs, all the way down to the outside of our pinky toe. Let's examine one of its most complex points.

Tianzhu (Tee-ahn-joo)
Location: On the lateral aspect of the trapezius muscle just within the posterior hairline on the back of the neck.
ACTIONS:
1. Pacifies Wind and regulates Qi (keeps our immunity strong)
2. Benefits the head and sensory orifices
3. Calms the spirit
4. Alleviates pain in the neck and upper back
