This Channel begins beneath the little toe and traverses up the inner leg and torso, ending just below the collar bone just off the midline of the chest.

Yongquan (Yohng-kwan)
Location: On the sole of the foot, between the second and third metatarsal bones about 1/3 the distance between the base of the second toe and the heel.
ACTIONS:
1. Descends any excess from the head
2. Calms the spirit
3. Rescues yang (energy)

INDICATIONS:
