If you need to cancel your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid being charged the full session fee.

For cancellations due to weather, unsafe travel conditions, or genuine emergencies, I am happy to excuse these fees if you contact me via call, text, or email before your scheduled time.

I understand that things can come up. However, if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule, and the full session fee will apply.

Same-day appointments are sometimes available due to last-minute openings. Feel free to reach out by text at 303-803-4625 to check availability—I can’t guarantee same-day appointments, but if there’s an opening, I’d be glad to accommodate you!

Payment is due on the day of your session and can be made by credit or debit card (all major cards accepted), cash (preferred!), or HSA/FSA cards.

Currently, I’m not accepting insurance. However, if you need a superbill to submit to your insurance provider, I’m happy to provide one. It’s your responsibility to confirm coverage and handle any claim submissions or follow-ups.

Refunds are not available for services already rendered.
